Amy Gallatin and Stillwaters

For ten years, Amy Gallatin lived in the big sky country of Idaho and Montana, working with horses by day and singing around campfires by night. Now Amy sings with her band Stillwaters (mandolin/guitar, dobro, and standing bass). Her strong easy voice floated gently atop Kevin Lynch's delicate mandolin and guitar lines and Matt Nozzolio's crying dobro to evoke the feel of the wide-open skies of the American West. She is a fine interpreter of western country, folk, and bluegrass songs, and the concert-goers (a close to sell-out crowd) left the concert with friendly smiles on their faces.
