DEBRA LYNNE

Singer Songwriter DEBRA LYNNE blended the poetry she writes with melodies reminiscent of early Beatles or Roseanne Cash. The recurrent themes of love and joy are present even in her sad songs.

DEBRA has recently released her 5-song EP, A New Beginning, which showcases her sweet voice and hopeful lyrics. DEBRA often performs with a full band, however this performance marked her solo debut in this intimate concert setting.

The WES HOUSTON BAND

The WES HOUSTON BAND is legendary in many musical circles. WES was one of the first songwriters to prove that local musicians performing original material can develop a devoted following, and has continued to demonstrate that for well over thirty years. Longtime sideman harmonica wizard GEORGE CHRIST provides perfect counterpoint to WES' haunting melodies, and keyboardist FRED PISCOP, drummer RAY FORGIONE and bassist DEMO help the music to sparkle with joy.

We were privileged to present these fine musicians — we're sure you picked up the band's long awaited release It Ain't a Pretty Picture.
